We recently began work at our project at 34-21 80th Street in Jackson Heights. The scaffolding and sidewalk bridge have been set up and the work has commenced on installing a waterproofing system on the interior of the gutter into the downspouts and window restorations around the building. Below are some picture of the progress:
242 East 72nd Street - Facade Restoration and Repairs
We are currently working on the terracotta repairs at 242 East 72nd Street. The repairs include installing stainless steel pins on epoxy, patching spalls on terracotta, and replacing damaged caulking on terracotta joints. Below are some pictures of the work in progress.
The exterior repairs at 35 East 84th Street are progressing as planned. We are currently working on the Local Law 11 repairs. The repairs include removing and resetting loose copings on balconies, installing stainless steel pins on damaged terracotta, repairing spalls on terracota, and cutting and repointing cracked mortar joints.
