President - Jose Tunas

Jose joined Bulado in 1999, at the age of 19. When he first started working, Jose worked as a laborer but quickly progressed to become a Project Supervisor. He was later promoted to Operations General Manager and Secretary of the firm. Jose has a lot of experience in all the work that our company performs, both on-site and in the office. He is currently preparing the firm for its generational change.

Vice-President - Tony Lado

The late 70s and 80s saw the birth and growth of the restoration movement in New York City and it is within this environment that Tony Lado honed his skills in the art of masonry construction. Tony then co-founded Bulado General Contractors with Miguel Bujeda (Retired) in 1990 with the intention of covering a demand in the market for specialized restoration services. Originally from Spain - a country where masonry construction lies at the very heart of architecture - and conscientious of his roots, he has striven throughout his career to practice his craft with skill and precision offering the clients of the firm nothing but the best service available in the industry.

Office Manager - Vicky Bujeda

Vicky has been with Bulado almost since its inception and is the person responsible for handling all the administrative issues of the firm and keeping the office running smoothly. Amongst Vicky’s numerous contributions to the company, one may count the implementation of a full accounting system, standardizing and integrating all forms and paperwork and overseeing the transition of Bulado’s IT systems into the 21st century.
